Returns & Repair
At Jane Gold we are determined to provide you with outstanding service. We want our jewelry bring smiles, joy and brighten your day!
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via contact page or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you through the return process. We will gladly honor returns for the following:
- Please return all items within 15 days (2 weeks and 1 day) from the date of purchase;
- Please make sure you mail all items back to us with tracking, this service is provided free of charge at USPS.com (this will help avoid lost returns disputes);
- Please return All items in original condition; and
- We will not accept worn or damaged jewelry. Please make sure it is New.
We will issues a refund (purchase price less shipping ) within 3 business days once the item is returned and inspected.
* Please note that custom orders are not refundable, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Every product comes with a 45-Day Repair Guaranty*.
We will be happy to repair jewelry purchased within 45 days at no cost, you will only be responsible for shipping your item to us. Depending on the type of repair your item will be sent back to you within 7-10 days or sooner.
However, please note that if you neglected to take proper care of your jewelry indicated in our care instruction, we will not be able to help you. Please refer to Jewelry Care Instruction* to learn more about how to keep your jewelry lustrous.
Should you need to repair your jewelry past 45-day limit, please contact us and i will try our best to accommodate your request.
