Because at Jane Gold Jewelry we are committed to providing superb customer service. 

Our items are handmade and crafted with love in our NY studio.  We pay careful attention to details. In fact, we are obsessed with that! Since our jewelry is handmade each piece is unique and one of a kind! We only produce small quantity of pieces as opposed to mass produced jewelry. 
We mostly use silver (both fine and sterling), gold-filled, gold plated and vermeil materials. We are anticipating offering products in 14K gold shortly.

Our jewelry as well as images are products of hard work and devotion at Jane Gold Jewelry and Lana Woolfson and, therefore, are considered as our intellectual property. Please note that they are protected by the US Copyright Law. Any unauthorized duplication and use of such is prohibited and considered as theft, and therefore is punishable under the Copyright Law.  

SHIPPING

Our jewelry ships in beautiful gift packaging within 3 business days unless it is being customized for you. Custom orders usually ship within 7 to 10 business days or sooner. For complete shipping information please refer here.

We want you to enjoy your jewelry, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide you with return/exchange instruction. At this time we honor 15-days return policy.  Please see our complete return/refund policy.

We are proud to let you know that our products come with a 45-day repair guaranty. Please refer to repair policy.

 

OUT OF STOCK/SOLD OUT ORDERS

We try our best to keep careful track of our stock, however, occasionally, we may have items that have sold out. We apologize for any inconvenience. In this case we will reach out to you as soon as possible and either attempt to deliver desired item at a later date, substitute it with another one or cancel the order.
